Return & Replacement Policy

We keep this simple: all sales are final.

But if your BearDock™ arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll fix it — no fuss.

How It Works:

  • All sales are final due to small-batch production
  • If your BearDock™ is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@beardock.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
  • If the issue checks out, we’ll send a free replacement
  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement isn’t available
  • Items that have been used, altered, or modified aren’t eligible

Fit Notice:

BearDock™ is engineered for standard Bearbrick figures and cards. Variations in custom or modified pieces don’t qualify as defects.
