All BearDock™ products are produced in small batches.
Because of this, minor variations in color, surface texture, and finish are likely to occur between units. These variations are normal and do not affect function or performance.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

Product images are representative and may not reflect every minor variation present in the unit you receive.
Pricing & Errors
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy. If a pricing or listing error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price.
Orders & Payment
Orders are not considered final until payment is received and accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
Standard BearDock™ products may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns Policy, which includes a 7-day return request window from delivery.
Cosmetic seconds, prototypes, and discounted units sold as BearDock™ Whoopsies are final sale and are not eligible for appearance-based returns, as cosmetic imperfections are disclosed prior to purchase.
Functional defects will be addressed in accordance with our policies.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, product designs, branding, and logos, is the property of BearDock™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BearDock™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products.

RETURNS POLICY

We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident ordering from BearDock™. Because we produce in small batches and offer multiple product tiers, return eligibility depends on the item purchased.
Standard BearDock™ Products
Standard BearDock™ products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original condition

All components must be included
Return requests submitted outside this window will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Small-Batch Variations
BearDock™ products are produced in small batches. As a result:

Minor variations in color, surface texture, or finish are normal and expected

These variations do not affect function or performance

Minor cosmetic differences are not considered defects
Returns will not be approved solely due to normal small-batch cosmetic variation.
BearDock™ Whoopsies (Cosmetic Seconds)
BearDock™ Whoopsies are final sale.
These items include cosmetic imperfections that are clearly disclosed on the product page and reflected in the discounted price.
For Whoopsies:

No returns or exchanges based on appearance

Cosmetic flaws are expected and accepted at purchase
If a Whoopsie arrives with a functional defect (such as instability, missing components, or failure to perform as intended), please contact us and we will make it right.
What Is Considered a Functional Defect
A functional defect may include:

missing components

instability that affects use

failure to perform as described
Cosmetic issues disclosed prior to purchase are not functional defects.
